The walking path adjacent to the river in Webb Park and Smith Conservancy is mostly covered with water. The public works yard is under several inches of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 14.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 7.3 feet Tuesday, April 14. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.1 feet on 10/24/2020. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood && River forecasts are available for some but not all river gaging locations.
