Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, causing considerable blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Waushara, Menominee, Shawano, and Waupaca Counties. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Monday. * IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.
