In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Outagamie. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain are expected to spread across the region this evening. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED TORNADO WATCH 109 IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN WISCONSIN THIS WATCH INCLUDES 4 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL WISCONSIN WAUSHARA IN EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN CALUMET MANITOWOC WINNEBAGO THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF AURORAVILLE, BORTH, DUNDAS, MANITOWOC, MENASHA, NEENAH, NORTHERN LAKE WINNEBAGO, OSHKOSH, POINT BEACH STATE PARK, SHOTO, SILVER LAKE, TWO RIVERS, WAUTOMA, WINNEBAGO, AND WITTMAN FIELD.
