* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 kts
with gusts up to 30 kts and waves 3 to 5 ft. For the Gale
Warning, east winds 15 to 25 kts with gusts up to 35 kts and
waves 4 to 7 ft expected.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island
to Sturgeon Bay, and Central Bay of Green Bay.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM CDT this
morning. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 7 PM
CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A Small Craft Advisory will likely be
needed after the Gale Warning has expired or been cancelled.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between one
tenth and one quarter of an inch.

* WHERE...Northern Oconto County, Southern Marinette County, and
Southern Oconto counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be hazardous due to icy roads. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be
