Additional ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, and Iron Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Red Cliff Band and the Bad River Reservation. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible power outages. For the Gale Watch, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 7 to 12 ft possible. * WHERE...Port Wing to Sand Island WI and Sand Island to Bayfield WI. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM CDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Thursday morning through late Thursday night. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
