...PATCHY DENSE FOG EXPECTED EARLY THIS MORNING... Areas of fog with patchy dense fog can be expected early this morning. Visibilities will drop to less than a mile in many areas, and locally to 1/4 mile or less. Motorists should be alert for poor and rapidly changing visibilities during the morning commute. The foggy conditions are expected to improve in most areas by mid-morning.
