Winds gusting as high as 45 mph may result in blizzard conditions late Sunday into Monday. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and northeast Wisconsin. * WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to 4 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible with potential for whiteout conditions.
