For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 20 kt veering west, with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 2 to 5 ft expected. * WHERE...Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM CDT Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 4 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Strong currents can pull swimmers into deeper water and high waves can sweep people off piers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Several beaches that will be most susceptible to the dangerous swimming conditions include...
