...PATCHY DENSE FOG EXPECTED EARLY THIS MORNING... Areas of fog with patchy dense fog can be expected early this morning. Visibilities will drop to less than a mile in many areas, and locally to 1/4 mile or less. Motorists should be alert for poor and rapidly changing visibilities during the morning commute. The foggy conditions are expected to improve in most areas by mid-morning.

For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 20 kts with gusts up to 25 kts and waves 2 to 4 ft expected. * WHERE...Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM CDT this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. If you must navigate, proceed with caution.
