This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bad River Reservation, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band and the Red Cliff Band. Other locations including Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. * WHEN...Until noon CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 degrees below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
