* WHAT...Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations up to one
tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Waushara and Outagamie Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are being reported due to
the ice. Travel could be hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
