* At 421 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are
possible in the warned area with locally higher amounts possible.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Wisconsin,
including the following counties, in east central Wisconsin,
Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown,
Kewaunee and Outagamie.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts
are possible through early this evening. The heavy rain in a
short period of time will lead to the threat for flooding
across east-central Wisconsin.
