...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Blizzard conditions, especially overnight into Monday morning. Additional snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Marathon, Langlade, Lincoln, Menominee, Shawano, and Southern Oconto counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be a lull in the heavy snow through this evening. During this lull, there will be periods of light snow mixed with light freezing drizzle at times. Strong winds will still produce considerable blowing and drifting snow in open areas.
