In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County, Southern Oconto County and Waupaca. * WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding will also be possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Much of the region received 1 to 2 inches of rain Saturday night into Sunday morning, so soils are saturated.
