...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 1
and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Calumet, Winnebago, Brown, and Outagamie Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down
tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
