* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation.
Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to two inches and ice
accumulations around one tenth of an inch. For the Winter Storm
Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around two
tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Burnett, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This includes the
Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County and the Lac
Courte Oreilles Reservation.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM CDT Friday. For
the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday afternoon through Saturday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The majority of the snowfall is expected to
fall during the daytime hours. With the high sun angle and
temperatures hovering just above freezing, snowfall will have a
difficult time accumulating on warm surfaces leading to a slushy
mess.
