* WHAT...Significant icing. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to
one half of an inch and ice accumulations between one tenth and
three tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Waushara and Outagamie Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be hazardous due to icy roads. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
