In northeast Wisconsin, Waupaca. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding is most likely in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches have fallen across much of the watch area during the early to mid part of the week, resulting in saturated soils. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are possible with thunderstorms late this afternoon and evening.
