dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below possible.

* WHERE...In southeast Minnesota, Dodge, Olmsted, Mower, Fillmore,
Wabasha, and Winona Counties. In west central Wisconsin, Buffalo,
Trempealeau, Jackson, Clark, and Taylor Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 9 PM this evening to
noon CST Friday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Friday afternoon
through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
