* WHAT...Snow with additional accumulations of 1 to 2 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 40 to 50 mph after midnight.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast
Minnesota, and southwest and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches and holiday decorations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be a period prior to 12am to 2am
where there will be little to no snow and improving travel
conditions. These conditions last the longest in northeast Iowa
and southwest Wisconsin.
