* WHAT...Freezing rain expected with some sleet also possible. Little
to no sleet accumulations and ice accumulations up to one tenth of
an inch. Up to two tenths of ice possible north of Highway 29.

* WHERE...Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Menominee, Outagamie, Shawano, and
Waupaca Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.
