...SHOWERS APPROACHING AND OVER THE WATERS... The areas affected include... Lake Michigan nearshore and open waters to mid lake from Sheboygan WI to Winthrop Harbor IL... At 657 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line extending from 10 nm southwest of Oshkosh, to near Port Washington, to Winthrop Harbor, moving east at 35 knots. Locations impacted include... Sheboygan, Port Washington, North Point Lighthouse, Wind Point and Winthrop Harbor, as well as the adjacent open waters of Lake Michigan to mid lake. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally higher waves with the showers. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these showers pass. &&
