* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood waters begin to approach homes near
the river in the Shiocton area. This mainly includes homes along
Island and Mill Streets. Many seasonal structures are surrounded by
water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending

RESTRICTIONS...

Scattered snow showers developing across the region will produce
moderate to heavy bursts of snow at times through early this
afternoon. These snow showers will reduce visibilities below one
half of a mile at times.

Although significant accumulations are not expected, the sudden
reduction in visibilities could impact travel through this
afternoon. Motorists should exercise caution when traveling
through this afternoon.
