Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Burnett, Douglas, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation and the St. Croix Band in Burnett County. * WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
