At 904 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 11
NM northwest of Algoma to 6 NM southwest of Denmark, or along a line
from 11 NM northeast of Bay Shore Park to 14 NM northwest of
Manitowoc, moving east at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal Light, Whitefish Point, Kewaunee Pierhead
Light and Rawley Point Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to 1/2 NM or less. For the Small Craft Advisory,
north winds 10 to 15 kt and waves 3 to 5 ft expected.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island
to Sheboygan.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 7 AM CDT Tuesday. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 1 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in central
Wisconsin, Marathon, Portage, Waushara and Wood. In east central
Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In north central
Wisconsin, Langlade and Lincoln. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown,
Door, Kewaunee, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern
Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County,
Southern Oconto County and Waupaca.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Extensive street flooding will also be possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Soils are saturated due to recent rainfall and rain across the
area this afternoon. Multiple rounds of thunderstorms continue to
develop across the watch area through this evening, and will
likely produce widespread additional rainfall amounts of 1 to
locally 2 inches, with locally higher amounts.
