...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
Allamakee, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek, southeast Minnesota,
including the following counties, Fillmore, Houston and Winona,
and Wisconsin, including the following counties, Adams, Crawford,
Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland and Vernon.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall is expected tonight. With grounds
saturated from recent rains, any additional heavy rain could
result in flash flooding.
