* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 11 to 13 ft and winds
west 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt, decreasing to 10 to 15
kt with gusts up to 20 kt Saturday evening. Winds become south
at 20 kt to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt early Sunday morning.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First ebb current of 3.61 kt at 514 AM
Saturday. Seas 11 to 13 ft. Second very strong ebb current of
7.32 kt at 525 PM Saturday. Seas 12 to 13 ft. Third ebb current
of 3.49 kt at 606 AM Sunday. Seas 7 to 8 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH
FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington,
including the following counties, in northwest Washington,
Clallam, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, San Juan,
Skagit and Whatcom. In west central Washington, King, Lewis,
Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An atmospheric river moving into the region early next week
will bring periods moderate to heavy rain to the region.
Sharp rises will be possible on area rivers, especially those
flowing off the Olympics and Cascades.

Urban and small stream flooding is possible for areas with
poor drainage.

Saturated soils will bring increased potential for landslides
and debris flows on burn scars.
