...BLOWING DUST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Patchy to localized areas of blowing dust expected, with visibility dropping to between one-quarter and one mile at times. Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 35 mph. * WHERE...Wilbur, Ritzville, Harrington, Creston, Grand Coulee, Odessa, and Coulee City. * WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be ready for a sudden drop in visibility to one mile or less. If you encounter blowing dust or blowing sand on the roadway or see it approaching, pull off the road as far as possible and put your vehicle in park.
