* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Oregon, including the following areas,
Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon, Foothills of
the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and Northern Blue Mountains
of Oregon and southeast Washington, including the following area,
Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington.

* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The Blue Mountains are expected to receive 3 to 4 inches and
the Blue Mountain Foothills are expected to receive 1.5 to
2.5 inches. These rain amounts may lead to flooding,
especially along small creeks and streams. Any flooding that
develops is not expected to reach the levels seen in mid
March 2026.
