This river level on the Tolt corresponds to a phase 3 flood in the King County flood system. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 AM PDT Wednesday the flow was 3,940.0 cfs. - Flood flow is 5,000.0 cfs. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this morning to near 6400 cfs late this afternoon.
