Seas 9 to 11 ft at 15 seconds and north- northeast winds 10 to 15 kt. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 5 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First ebb current of 1.73 kt at 114 AM Wednesday. Seas 8 ft. Second ebb current of 4.67 kt at 140 PM Wednesday. Seas 10 to 11 ft. Third ebb current of 1.91 kt at 210 AM Thursday. Seas 9 to 8 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River Bar.
