Steep ebb chop with seas up to 8 ft at 8 to 10 seconds and north winds 5 to 10 kt. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong ebb current of 7.04 kt at 704 AM Wednesday. Seas 7 to 8 ft. Ebb current of 3.48 kt at 742 PM Wednesday. Seas 4 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.45 kt at 754 AM Thursday. Seas 6 to 7 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River Bar.
