For the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 12 ft at 12 seconds and southeast winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM PST this evening. Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 7 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.49 kt at 415 AM Saturday. Seas 6 to 7 ft. Very strong ebb current of 7.24 kt at 427 PM Saturday. Seas 10 to 11 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
