...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 kt gusting to 40 kt.

* WHERE...East Entrance U. S. Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca,
Northern Inland Waters Including The San Juan Islands,
Admiralty Inlet and Puget Sound and Hood Canal.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 10 AM
PST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected. Inundation of around 1.5
to 2.5 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and
low- lying coastal areas.

* WHERE...San Juan County, Lowlands of Western Skagit and
Northwestern Snohomish Counties, Downtown Everett / Marysville
Area, Shoreline / Lynnwood / South Everett Area, City of
Seattle, Lowlands of Pierce and Southern King Counties,
Eastern Kitsap County and Island County zones.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is
expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of
parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road
closures expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

Inundation above ground level refers to the height above the Mean
Higher High Water (MHHW) level.
