...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.

* WHERE...Stehekin River at Stehekin.

* WHEN...Until late Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, water inundates some properties and
overtops the temporary corduroy bridge. Company Creek Road
inundated at northern end. Battalion Creek culverts are beginning
to be overtopped. Water begins damaging Wood Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM PDT Wednesday the stage was 21.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 19.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:30 AM PDT Wednesday was 21.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.3
feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
late Friday evening.
- Flood stage is 20.5 feet.

* WHERE...Waterville, Wenatchee, Number 2 Canyon, Entiat, Moses
Lake, Number 1 Canyon, Pangborn Airport, Cashmere, Badger Mountain
Road, Chelan, Othello, Mansfield, Quincy, and Ephrata.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
