For the Gale Watch, seas 9 to 14 ft at 11 seconds and south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt possible. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM PDT this evening. Gale Watch, from Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First Ebb current of 4.72 kt at 702 AM Monday. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Second Ebb current of 5.46 kt at 729 PM Monday. Seas 5 to 6 ft. Third Ebb current of 4.19 kt at 741 AM Tuesday. Seas 4 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
