* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM
PDT this evening. Gale Watch, from Tuesday evening through
Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First Ebb current of 4.72 kt at 702 AM
