...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected. Inundation of around
1.75 to 2.75 feet above ground level is possible along
shorelines and low- lying coastal areas.

* WHERE...Downtown Everett / Marysville Area, Shoreline /
Lynnwood / South Everett Area, City of Seattle, Lowlands of
Pierce and Southern King Counties and Eastern Kitsap County
zones.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is
expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of
parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road
closures expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

Inundation above ground level refers to the height above the Mean
Higher High Water (MHHW) level.

EVENING...

* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 kt possible.

* WHERE...East Entrance U. S. Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca,
Northern Inland Waters Including The San Juan Islands,
Admiralty Inlet and Puget Sound and Hood Canal.

* WHEN...From this evening through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected late
Tuesday morning through afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased, but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.
