For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less. * WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 10 NM. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM PDT Wednesday. Dense Fog Advisory, until noon PDT today. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
