* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt
and seas 7 to 12 ft. For the Gale Watch, south winds 25 to 35
kt and seas 8 to 13 ft possible.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Flattery to Cape Shoalwater
out to 10 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening
to 6 PM PST Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday
evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased, but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.

For the Coastal Flood Watch, significant coastal flooding
possible. Inundation of 2.5 to 3.25 feet above ground level is
possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor County Coast zone.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, from 10 AM to 2 PM PST
Saturday. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Sunday morning
through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Significant coastal flooding due to high tides and
storm surge is expected. This is expected to lead to numerous
road closures. Low lying property including homes, businesses,
and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Shoreline
erosion or damage may occur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

Inundation above ground level refers to the height above the Mean
Higher High Water (MHHW) level.
