frost formation.

* WHERE...Middle Chehalis River Valley, Foothills and Valleys of
Thurston and Lewis Counties, Lowlands of Lewis and Southern
Thurston Counties, Olympia and Southern Puget Sound, and Willapa
and Black Hills.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Locations away from the water will see cooler
temperatures, with an increased risk of frost formation Friday
morning.
