frost formation.

* WHERE...Lower Chehalis River Valley, Middle Chehalis River Valley,
Foothills and Valleys of Thurston and Lewis Counties, Lowlands of
Lewis and Southern Thurston Counties, Olympia and Southern Puget
Sound, and Willapa and Black Hills.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
