* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations
including recent burn scars. Flash flooding of recent burn scars
may lead to debris flows.
