For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 14 ft at 14 seconds and northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected. . * WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 10 NM. * WHEN...Hazardous Seas Warning, until 11 AM PDT this morning. Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause damage to vessels. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Hazardous Seas Warning means hazardous sea conditions are imminent or occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in port, or take shelter until waves subside.
