Monday: Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 MPH. Localized gusts up to 55 mph on the Waterville Plateau. * Relative Humidities: 14 to 23 percent on Sunday and 17 to 28 percent on Monday. * Impacts: Rapid fire spread is likely with any new or existing fires.
