Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Increasing tree foliage will make tree damage more susceptible, with localized power outages possible. ...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON... ...GALE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt. For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt. * WHERE...Puget Sound and Hood Canal. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions. &&
