A stage of 15 feet on the Skykomish River corresponds to a Phase 2 in the Snohomish County flood program. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM PDT Wednesday the stage was 13.6 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to 15.6 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
