Winds will become southwest around 10 kt with gusts up to 15 kt Thursday morning. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong ebb current of 5.69 kt at 903 AM Wednesday. Seas 7 to 8 ft. Ebb current of 2.66 kt at 959 PM Wednesday. Seas 9 ft. Ebb current of 5.01 kt at 1012 AM Thursday. Seas 8 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
