Ebb current of 3.86 kt at 1247 AM Saturday with seas 4 ft. Ebb current of 1.56 kt at 125 PM Saturday with seas 4 to 5 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River Bar.
