...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM PST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph, shifting abruptly to south 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph, are expected. * WHERE...Foothills and Valleys of the North Cascades, Foothills and Valleys of Central King County, Foothills and Valleys of Pierce and Southern King Counties, Foothills and Valleys of Snohomish and Northern King Counties, and Foothills and Valleys of Thurston and Lewis Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will initially begin as east/northeasterly in the morning before an abrupt shift to southerly by midday, with which the strongest winds will occur. Highly saturated soils will allow for an enhanced risk of tree damage and uprooting. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
