Air Quality Alert

An Air Quality Alert has been issued by the following agencies: Washington Department of Ecology An Air Quality Alert has been issued for Chelan, Ferry, Pend Oreille, and Stevens County until further notice due to current and expected wildfire smoke from regional fires. Particulate matter (PM2.5) levels may reach unhealthy levels in areas closest to active fires and Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups elsewhere in the region. When air quality is unhealthy, everyone should reduce exposure. Limit time outside, avoid strenous outdoor activity, and follow temps for cleaner indoor air.
