Total snow accumulations of up to 3 inches. * WHERE...Oakesdale, Plummer, Tekoa, and Rosalia. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Expect winter travel conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures have warmed above freezing for areas of southeastern Whitman County and Latah County and are not expected to cool overnight leading to low chances for wet snow to accumulate and have impacts. Greatest probabilities for snow accumulations and impacts to travel will be far northeastern Whitman County, southeastern Spokane County, and into Benewah County. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Atmospheric river will bring heavy rain to the area through Saturday. Most locations can expect one to two inches with low chance of 3 inches.
